Spool Holder

A desktop stand intended to hold small spools of wire or solder. The stand uses commonly available parts in addition to several 3D printed components.

Extremely Customisable

By adjusting the scale of the 3D printed components, many sizes of spool can be accommodated. The width can also be easily changed to fit multiple spools side by side. Many methods of construction can be used, depending on the materials and tools available.

Easy to Build

The spool holder has been designed from the ground up with 3D printing in mind. The 3D models have virtually no overhangs or tight tolerances, which makes them extremely easy to print. Besides a 3D printer, almost no other tools are required for construction.
